Those landscapes are enough to make you keep wanting to see what’s around the next bend and over the next hill. Just stunning! Great episode, Michelle.

Your right about that view what a Beautiful sight. I so feel you in my heart in every video as I suffer with anxiety and know that sometimes you can push through but others times you just need to listen to what the constant story in your head is saying even if it’s full of rubbish. It’s crippling sometimes. ❤️I feel you and have total respect for everything you ask yourself to complete or have a go at. It’s the little things that you have to appreciate along the journey with anxiety and then feel super proud of what you’ve achieved even under its punishment. Your amazing.

Thank you Emma. I always appreciate your comments. A lot of people might look at me and think everything is fine... I'm just a normal person. Sometimes, though, when my anxieties get the better of me, to me it seems they start to think I'm just weak, or that I just can't do this. But they never know what's going on under the surface, or how even though I've done a lot of work for nearly a decade, sometimes those thoughts can still get the better of me. I wish I could make more of those people understand, that just because someone looks normal, or healthy, or strong... doesn't mean they are. Kia kaha to you also on your journey.

You'll be back! It's weird how Mt Richmond looks smaller from there than it does from further West.
