Well, for $10 at least she did a nice job with the brush work, which a lot of NYC shiners simply don't do. Overall a nice shine, but as someone below mentioned, I am also wondering why they don't use saddle soap to clean the shoes.

Quick shine seems to be what they mostly use which isnt recommended for leather

Great shine but not using saddle soap is really a bummer for ASMR experience. idk why they don't do it up north 🤷

Yeah, saddle soap application is good for ASMR, and I admit I like videos where it gets used. OTOH, it isn't the only cleanser a shiner could use.
