Great shine again. She’s consistent in her service. How about bringing her those Mackenzie’s that the other place awkwardly half removed the laces and worked around? Also, would you trust this place to do shell cordovan shoe shine?

I just got the cordovan colored shoes shined there. Regarding the shell cordovan I would have to see them do one first.

Hey Chris, wasn't she from 3rd Ave. and 57St.? Also, did you notice her left wrist had black(?) marks on it - she covered it up with her sweater. Maybe from wearing a watch and sweating too much. I am glad to see wingtips are still in style, got slip-ons in black and burgundy(?)! 😉

You should ask next time to have the shoes cleaned with a brush and saddle soap. The most important step to deep clean the leather. Barely anyone is doing it.
