Join me in this first season of adventure as I take you with me on a slow trip from Chicago IL to Santa Barbara CA, driving US Route 66. Along the way, we will boondock / free camp in my self-built travel trailer, and take detours to iconic landscapes and locations dotted all around western United States.

Great Sir, Best wishes for your journey! This year i drove from Toronto to Halifx and back in the Spring break week with family. Although stayed in hotels/motels but it was so much fun driving through winter storm at first but utimately good weather on the way back!!

I drove every inch of Route 66 last year, including almost all of the historic roads. I think it is a very worthwhile endeavor. I actually live a few blocks off of it in St. Louis. And, speaking of St. Louis, there are about 5 old routes through the city. Be careful not to travel into St. Louis at night. The Route is sort of dangerous due to it passing through some higher crime areas. It is mostly easy to follow after St. Louis, until you get to Los Angeles. Both cities have had lots of road removal and re-routing. While you are in California, you might as well run the entire PCH up the coast. I did that as well. It took over 2 days to get thru Illinois. It has a lot of attractions.

Do make a trip in arctic and Atlanta region on ice roads …that would be little challenging but would be adventurous and will also let you explore yourself with challenges

@@WaseemSyed yes that’s why I am saying that it would be a challenging trip but I guess it’s not that dangerous because a whole supply chain through trucking is running through winipeg to kings lake through ice roads and lot of people do solo camping there and try to explore themselves out in wilderness and you don’t seem to be a person who had any fear of wilderness 🙂…take Mr Ashir with you and start a adventurous trip full of excitements and suspenses like a movie…make something thrilling 🙂

I am really impressed by your content espacially your story telling technique has improved a lot, Cinematograohy and camera work is just amazing, I have one suggestion and that's a critical one, PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR THUMBNAIL QUALITY, you can do it yourself on photoshop or hire any freelance desinger or buy any photoshop template for YT thumbnails.
