S1 Ep. 9: The Runaway Railcar (Remastered Version)

Original version: • The Engines of Sodor E... . The following video is mainly intended for older and adult audiences who grew up with the show and are fans, not a general child audience. Here is the remastered version of The Runaway Railcar! I decided to do this one because I'm upgrading to Trainz 2019 and I felt this needed to be a TS2010 video. The Blame Game will probably be next, although I'm currently taking a break from doing these. Enjoy! Also apologies if the narration sounds a bit lackluster at times. I was in a rush to get this done. Also, as with the other remakes, this is in no way trying to disregard the past efforts of voice actors. Link to the original is at the top.

This is really well remastered! When you finally installed TRS19 and having the thought of not downloading all over again, you can download your stuff straight from the Trainz 2010 Userdata Local folder, then grab the folder and pop it into the TRS19 Content Manager.

If this story was realistic, Daisy probably wouldn't go faster than 15 miles per hour even if the throttle was on full. She's a fictional 1-car version of the Class 101, which had mechanical transmission, and they couldn't go faster than 15 in first gear. I miss the original 'What the T***ies!' line from Gordon and Percy.

Good episode. I think some of the audio from the original episode was more fitting to the situation. Mainly Daisy's screams . The story was Definitely more Realistic, Definitely borrowing from the CSX 8888 'Crazy eight's incident.

Hey man! Ever since I randomly cMe across your channel, I've found it incredibly interesting. I saw you post things from TEOS, commentary, and other series but refrained from watching until I had time to start from S1E1 to really get an unadulterated view of it. I have two questions -- •which episodes do you plan to remaster? It seems not all, so I'd love to know ahead of time where to stop to wait for the next remaster to see the most current version. •Do you have a need for anything? I would love to try my hand at voice acting if you need an extra voice, or lend my musical abilities. Best of luck! I love stumbling across communities and creators in the wild.
