Resseting, when only one earbud is working: Power off both earbuds. Then keep pressed both at the same time for about 20 sec. After that put them in the box. Unpair previous Bluetooth connection from smartphone. Take earbuds from box and reconnect again...

that's actually a really good freakn question. I'd say yes, but it would put off more energy supplying power than giving it, so even though it's charging itself it'd be slowly using more energy then it's receiving, meaning it'd eventually get to a point where it was flat.

Only lights up for various notifications, calls and when charging. Once synced once they will outo sync when you open the clamshell and take them out. They fit very well in the ear and sound is great for movies and music.

DJ Drone 1. Turn Bluetooth off whatever device you paired the headphones with, it’s paired to whatever you use. After that put the headphones in your ear and tap twice quickly and they say English.

Hi Candi -- I had an even worse problem....one earbud in English and the other in Japanese LOL! I did a full factory reset (as per instruction book, section 6 'common problem handling') and, when I switched them back on after that they were both in English. See if that works for you too......

Once removed from the case they auto pair or you can just remove one for single bud use. It may be somewhat a hassle for the first time but once their recognized it's a breeze. As for my opinion on them I am highly impressed for the price.

Make sure you use the a tip that fits comfortably in your ear. As with regular earbuds you need to have that seal within the ear for good bass response. The only time I've had one come out I had loosened it to talk to my wife. Otherwise I do chores around the house, walk, dance, yard work and they stay in.

Use your phone or computer's equalizer to change treble, bass. When I first heard them I was pleasantly surprised at the bass response. I've used them on LG, Motorola, Umidigi and my laptop without any issues.

I am trying them right now, listening to your video. I'd say they are pretty alright, the sound quality could be better. They really do sound only a little better than the cheap in-ears you get at the dollar store. Up to this point I've been using QCY T1C bluetooth earbuds and their sounds was more clear and had a nicer bass. The T1C have less hours of charge in the box and don't offer the USB port to charge other devices, also they don't have any display in the box. Also I did have the issue of one earbud desyncing for a second sometimes, and also that after an ad in a KZbin video both earbuds are slightly out of sync, so you have to pause and unpause to get them back in sync. I'd say, for less than 20 Euros both are alright (costed me each between 17-19 Euro). The lesser sound quality in the S11-TWS buds from this video bothers me a bit when listening to music, but I hope the longer battery life and the extra features like touch control and battery display make up for it. Can't expect too mich for that low of a price tag after all, and the others had their shortcomings too.

You may have to reset, resync them or one of the tips may need to be changed to a different size. I use two different sizes of tips. My right ear hole is larger than my left one.

попробуй отключить блютуз на телефоне, достать наушники из бокса, подержать пальцами на сенсорах обоих наушников 7-8 сек. потом снова на сенсоры 7-8 сек (они должны оба заморгать) потом включай блютуз на телефоне...вроде должны сопрячься оба наушника... у меня такие же, но сопряглись без проблем, единственное, иногда в некоторых песнях второй наушник отваливается на 1-2 секунды
