It also helps that him & Will worked together on SNL & Late Night, so it was easier for him to improv with Ron. 😉 Conan is the best at making others shine (if they can handle it), while also allowing himself to shine. Shoot, they worked in the same building while he hosted Late Night. Plus, Will became one of his most popular guests. So, they were familiar & comfortable with each other, unlike the others.

I think he's talented. i think his interview style is alright. i definitely enjoy his show more than fallon's. and it's pretty hard to compare his show to other talk show since it's more in the same vein of british chat show than a typical us talk show.
