This module wants the players to get attached to Phandalin. So having the NPCs become friends seems like a good idea.

@@QuestsAndChaos That's the hard part with mine. They abandoned the Lost Mine plotline so the number of days, think it was a week in-game, to rescue him elapsed. I can bring him to life for a new campaign but the repercussions I made for not rescuing him and finding the Forge of Spells is that the Red Spider took it. It's currently arming the drow of the underdark for Out of the Abyss, Lolth edition.

It's a 2ftx4ft pegboard from Lowes, cut down to 2ftx3ft. Then i spayed a mix of water and elmers glue and put different color flock all over it. Then coated it with another layer of sprayed elmers glue and water. amzn.to/47gT0Go amzn.to/3ALbZNb

If you didn't know, you can edit out the starting timer and the break in KZbin. While I know you need them live, if we are watching it back, we don't and it just makes it annoying.
