Could have been interesting to hear out what we can do if our urban neighbours use pesticides etc on how to protect our plots or whatever we can do to keep our garden wildlife friendly and safe...maybe something for a new podcast.on a general note super good materials, pls carry on - it's a pity the views are not yet there but it will come. Dave is great, his books are awesome - great ambassador for being more ecology conscious and making our own steps, big or small. cheers.

@@ri6366 Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words! I wholeheartedly agree with the significance of tackling the hurdles involved in nurturing a garden that is both safe for wildlife and conducive to their well-being, especially when faced with the use of pesticides by neighboring urban residents. This is a subject that certainly deserves exploration through a podcast or other educational avenues, you may want to learn more about these kinds of topics by visiting our channel. Thank you!❤️✨

I can and always do listen to professor Goulson, an excellent interview pulling out many significant issues, this should be on the news and as a segment on gardening programmes as opposed to so much time dedicated to acting awards 🌍

We need people like intelligent people like Dave, even myself in positions of power involved in politics to change policies regarding, corporate farming, real estate development and codes, also I couldn’t help hearing someone shooting guns, perhaps hunting or target practicing, but in order for these important changes in land use, we need to change the entire economics system that affects how we develop land…

David Goulson's books are not just educational but also fun to read especially his book about his farm in France. I laughed out loud reading "A buzz in the Meadow". I don't think it is "the ordinary people" that are the cause of insects dying off. I think it is the multi national companies/pharma companies and producers of farm sprays etc that are responsible. Its all about the money.

Great channel, which doesn’t get enough views, as someone who cares about such issues, one thing that must change is how rural lands are being bought up, cleared for large single family homes with lawns that need mowing etc, not to mention outside lighting for security which impacts insects etc which is why the real estate industry must change to protect wildlife and the insect population from moderately wealth people who are moving away from coastal areas which will be impacted by climate change, storms, sea level rise etc etc….

Put water out for wild life , it helps in the dry periods. No water we all die.
