Hmmmmm? I've never seen a "Econo Mode" for a PTO.. Obviously the equipment is made to turn 540 RPM...That equates "typically to about 2400RPM on the Tractor....Love me some Labs..Have had Chocolates since '91....But now have a Rescue Yellow... and he'd get right in that tractor too.. Like your Wimerainer too :) This was a very imformative Vid.... Very much considering one of these.... In the past..A Kubota B7100, and then a JD 855..Then traded for a JD 955. Also liked that 6ft tiller, as it wipes your tread markes out and looks like that machine handels it well. :)

I am honestly shocked at how well this tractor tills. As with any Tractor owner the only thing I regret is not going bigger....

Cool video. That’s a nice unit. Your PTO clutch will last longer if you only engage it when your tractor is idling.

Appreciate the input. I’ll definitely try to keep that in mind when working the tractor.

Everyone that has a compact tractor required to have at least one medium to large dog running around the tractor??? Lol 😂

Have you used this combo in virgin ground? Did the tractor seem to have enough power? Does it do ok with ac on while running and implement? I’m considering a bad boy or kioti tractor myself presently and power and cab are important to me lol.
@KirchbergMiniFarm2 жыл бұрын
I have used this combo to clear brush and new ground with no issue. Tractor always seems to have plenty of power to push through the rough stuff as long as you go slow and steady. Only issue with a/c was when the front radiator area was clogged with debris. After cleaning up a/c went back to working as normal. Honestly I would never think of owning a tractor without a cab. Personally I love the Kioti CK3510se cab but having an awesome and supportive dealer has made the difference.

Don't use auto PTO either. Very hard on the electric clutch.

I noticed that when you pull your tiller out of the ground, its NOT leaving a massive crater. Any ideas on how to fix this? Im running a different tiller, looks almost identical other than color to yours, but when i pull it out of the ground, the tines leave a massive crater.. wondering if there is just an adjustment that needs to be made? Any guidance would be appreciated! My tiller is an MK Martin tiller.

My tiller does leave a crater if I just leave the pto all the way down at the end of a row. What I learned to do is pull the tiller up as I get to the end. So I am not tilling as deep at the end of my rows as I do towards the middle. Hope this helps and Thanks for Watching!

You might need a bigger tractor so more dogs can ride along.

Like the tiller. Has there been a time when you wish you have the CK4010SE?
@KirchbergMiniFarm3 жыл бұрын
Greg I initially went to my dealer with the intent of purchasing the ck4010se. After talking to my dealer he said the ck3510se and the ck4010se were the same tractor with the same motor, same chassis just badged differently. To prove it to me he hooked both tractors up a pto dyno. They were within 2 hp at the pto. So I went with the ck3510se and saved about 5k. So far the tractor has handled everything I have thrown at it with no issue.

@@KirchbergMiniFarm Thanks for the reply. I will consider this when it's time for my purchase.

That is a great tractor. Your garden is big, do you sell at a farmers market? Also, how did you get started in farming mini cows?
@KirchbergMiniFarm3 жыл бұрын
We are builing a larger garden with the hopes that we can grow enough food to can and support our family for the year. I have always had a passion for cattle. Not wanting to wrestle with 1,800lb animals it just seemed right to look into the mini hereford breed. After visiting another farm and working with their animals I was hooked. The mini's are good tempered, easier to handle, and have less impact on the land.

lets say i have a rear snowblower and doing a long driveway entrance...would the cruise control work in reverse while blowing snow?
@KirchbergMiniFarm3 жыл бұрын
Ill test out cruise control in reverse this evening and let you know. Great question....

Is the cab loud inside with the HST?
@KirchbergMiniFarm3 жыл бұрын
The cab defiantely cuts down on the noise, however, I like hearing what the tractor is doing while working.

Is that 3510 an hst?
@KirchbergMiniFarm2 жыл бұрын
Yes.
@briannovak16112 жыл бұрын
You are not doing that tractor any favors running it at 2000rpm. Run it at 2400rpm with the tiller down under load. Better cooling and the HST will thank you.
@KirchbergMiniFarm2 жыл бұрын
I run hst in low while working. If tractor is not under load I typically run at 2,000. If I’m working the tractor hard I do bump up to 2,400. Do you know if the hst under heavier load at less rpm?
