What a beautifully detailed series. Really enjoyed watching this. What a fantastic weather day you had. Loved the history and information. I’m heading up that way tomorrow for the weekend. Couldn’t decide which hills to climb but after watching this I think I’ll give the wee buchaille a bash. Thank you for taking the time to bring us fantastic content ❤

Excellent, all the best and I’m sure you’ll enjoy - at least it will be a bit cooler than 29°! Many thanks for watching and commenting, much appreciated. 🙏

If you had to recommend one Munro walking weekend (other than Ben Nevis) for serious retired walkers but not mountaineers…which would it be?

The Buachailles would be a good weekend, both very easily accessed and highly rewarding. The Arrochar Alps make a good weekend in summertime also.

Thanks so much! 😀 Yeah must’ve been one of the hottest days I’ve experienced in the highlands. Can’t say I’d recommend bagging in such heat! 🥵

The Langdale Pikes with 26° at the summits was enough for me! Appreciate your efforts though as the footage was amazing 😊
