When Wendy said she left that “university” because she felt like they didn’t pay her what’s she’s worth as they think they are best thing that could happen to her ( I’m paraphrasing) is the same reason I’m about leave that same university in a few weeks!!! That’s the confirmation I needed to hear ❤

Listened to this show for the first time. Nice to hear an interview with Jess. I did notice one thing about the interviewing style. The host takes a long time to set up the questions and she tells fairly long stories about herself, which force the guest to sit there patiently waiting for her to finish so that they can answer. I recommend avoiding this. Focus on the guest and not yourself. Even when you asked the 10 questions at the end, you had to tell Jess what you would have said, which is irrelevant to her answers as her answers still belonged to her. ❤ If you want time to talk about yourself, I recommend having separate episodes (maybe without a guest) where you face the camera and talk to your audience. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I just think the more high or higher profile guests you have on there, people would prefer to hear from them more than you. I hope this leads to more show ideas. 👍

I know it's *some of you guys first time seeing one of Wendy's interviews* but one thing about Wendy is that she will adapt to the person interviewed. For example in the previous one with Karine Jean pierre she did not once speak of herself. Here she just wanted jess to take a fresh look at her work experience, to see if looking back she was treated differently, because that's the case for most of women who are persuing careers and also a family. Really wendy always tries to uplift the interviewee.. #high_vibration (very important)
