In this ride I am crossing the border again between Argentina and Chile. The border is right at the high mountain pass called "Paso Agua Negra", which is at 4753 meters altitude. Coming from the hot desert in Argentina, I am riding towards the snow, and then descend again into the hot valley on the other side.
It was a spectacular ride through different temperatures and through the stunning, colourful mountains of the Andes. It took me 10 hours to ride my motorcycle from Calingasta in Argentina, to La Serena in Chile but I did it!

Ewan's and Charlie must be embarrassed they have big bikes and back up crews etc and this lady has a 410cc bike and films herself on the trip.........she is simply incredible. Noraly i salute you!👍

Exactly my idea, Grabbies. From day one in India Noraly did things by herself. No back up, no truck following her etc. And the RE Himalayan is bringing her everywhere! No need for a oversized, heavy bike.

I have been a loner my entire life, but she puts herself into situations that I would consider unwise for myself. Breaking down on isolated roads may lead to being standed for days before help arrives. But, that's her. If she doesn't see the danger, then travel on.

@@brianjoseph3708 Sorry, I have to disagree with you. The Himalayan has fuel injection, which copes better with the thin air at 4753m better than carburettors. However, she's doing an amazing job and the scenery in this episode was like nothing else I've ever seen.

I think Noraly is the new face of motovlogging. She takes it to a whole new level. With her big smile, sparkling personality, and let’s-go approach to life, she makes you feel like you’re right there, traveling with her, enjoying the sights, people, road and ride almost as much as she is. Thank you, Noraly, for a wonderful ride.

Noraly I'm sure you make Argentinians and Chileans really proud, because the only time most of us in other parts of the world hear anything about these countries is when they're in the grip of some national controversy. It's very nice to see a beautiful and humane side to these places.

Noraly, you must be shattered after that ride. That was an incredibly tough journey. Just to put it in some sort of perspective, the highest road in the UK is 670m. Even the famous Stelvio pass in the alps is only 2757m. You have gone another 2000m higher than that. Close to twice as high. Not only the altitude, but the roads were just unmade tracks much of which were in very poor condition. When you said what you had planned at the begining of the video I thought thats way too much for one day. But you did it, and kept smiling and videoing at the same time. There is a word that is used way too much, that I usually try to avoid, but what you achieved is truly AWESOME!

What a ride what scenery and nice people on the journey. If I had met a lady like yourself when I was younger I would probably still be doing as yourself, it gives me itchy feet just watching you on roads and terrain you are traveling as I did not like the blacktop roads although I did hundreds of miles on it sometimes flatout due to catching ferries or meeting other riders, I can remember riding from Calaise to Faro without stopping other than for fuel, but on the way back I took three days, hel I would sell my place tomorrow to start again, but health and commitment's are preventing me at the moment and fear I am running out of time. Godspeed Noraly catch you in the next upload, ride safe.

You are such a brave lady biker, Noraly. In the middle of nowhere with no one around, you keep climbing with that himalayan. Can't imagine if something goes wrong with that bike up there. Keep safety, Noraly.

That crossing from one side of the mountains to the other was amazing and brilliant. I have definitely not seen ice like that on the track side before! Thanks for sharing Noraly.

Those ice formations are called "penitentes", we even have a place named after them, here in Mendoza, in the route that crosses to Chile. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Los_Penitentes_(Argentina)

The ice doesn’t melt, it sublimates at that altitude.

This is probably the longest episode since the beginning of your new journey, it still feels so short and It has a lot to do with your interaction with the viewers 😊

Outstanding. Everything about this trip is tremendous. Watching it alongside Ewan and Charlie’s journey, theirs pales in comparison.

What fantastic scenery in this pass! I love where you can see various mineral deposits have been washing down the mountainsides for years on years.
