S2000 Cluster Conversion to NSX

I finally did it! I couldn’t be more happier with this mod. Everything is reversible in case you want to go back to stock.

@@car-lo I always wanted to see a video of the Type r cluster lid up clean, I like the idea of Yellow needles, I only wished the mileage reading was digital , I like both digital and analogue clusters.

Question for you, what's to say you wouldn't go for ID4motion and fit in this kit? Would that work?

Id4motion i think they only made for s2k, unless they can program it to work for NSX, anything is always possible.

How much was the conversion. Thinking about doing the same. Aside from the conversion kit, you will need to get your own s2000 cluster?

It is a bit pricey... you can get your own saves you a bit or order the whole thing with s2k cluster if he has it in stock but coming from Sweden.

Honestly Honda should have put s2000 cluster into NSX. Because they are way better IMO.

Car-Lo I am not trying to down play ur swap. I am sure parts and instal wasn’t easy. Coming from lot of older Hondas s2k cluster really shocked me. One of reason why I own one as my last Honda. Swap is clean man, keep up the good work

Does it carry over the mileage over to the cluster or they have to program it for you?

Hi Jesserv, two ways: you can send them your cluster, but will take longer turn around. Or buy the cluster from them and just let them know your mileage they have one ready for you. I was lucky enough that I found one that's almost identical to my miles.

I'm speechless why anyone in their right mind would put the cheap gimmicky cluster in an Icon NSX. Great examples are selling north of 90 k, I just looked at a 2005 with 4000 miles on it that was going for 150k. You do this nonsense to cars that have no real resale value and you just want to have fun with not iconic classic super cars.

Not looking for resale enjoying life to what is other possibilities, value is irrelevant to me, but everything can be put back to stock if decided to.
