First off YES this intake is still available. Heeltoe took over CT-Engineering Icebox manufacturing back in 2018. You can get this intake new here:

Supply will vary so use the site for in-stock status!
PS: Here is a link to the Fastline Cross Beam Cover as well:

Is this intake hard to install? No, but it does have some challenges associated with it.
1) Because it fits rather snugly into the chassis--providing a very cozy, at-home sort of fitment--you have to really press the box against the foam on the AC lines to align the brackets. Heeltoe improved the CT kit by adding longer bolts to make linking up the holes and tightening down easier.
2) The bracket behind the fender is rather tricky to install. With some patience, you can get it right. The trick is holding the bracket with the nut in just the right spot to get the hole on the side of the box lined up with it. Again, our longer bolts help here. PS: this will be even harder to line up if you do not install the other brackets first!
3) The instructions are not super clear on how the horn/lower bracket arrangement installs. The video here should help.
4) Interference with other aftermarket parts. The S2000 has an open-feeling engine bay, but stacking space consumption from various other mods--like our Injen Stiffy ETD and our KoyoRad Racing Radiator--can make installation a bit of a custom affair.
5) Snugging the filter clamp over the funnel inside the box is not the worst job in the world either, but it does take a little fiddling and make sure the clamp
6) Fitting the lid can require some tweaking of the box, but going in the right order makes a difference also. See video!
Hope this video and these tips help!
