This really goes back and forth. On normal camera exynos was more often sharper but on 3x snapdragon was abit sharper. Same with the color. On normal snapdragon has a warmer tone but at the same time less realistic while the exynos has a colder tone but more realistic. That changes on 3x thou where all of a sudden the snapdragon has a colder tone but more realistic and the exynos has a warmer but more unnatural look to it, in the end it comes down to taste really. Ultra wide camera they basically have the same sharpness but different color tone, warmer on snapdragon and colder on exynos. But i must say on the 10x exynos wins hands down both in sharpness and in color. Snapdragon needs some updates there.

Thanks for this video, this has made me one step closer to buying Exynos as it is available in my region. The differences in this video is negligible for basic users like me, I found both good in this video. Now the only remaining hurdle is the battery life. I hope the battery life on Exynos is not that much inferior to Snapdragon.

I will tell you all what it boils down to: The shake+motion of your hand leading up to the moment of capturing the photo. The camera is continuously processing what it is seeing to figure out optimal shutter speed, ISO, etc.. So if you point the camera to the ground (dark, close) then lift it to take the photo, you will get an *ever-so-slightly* different picture than what you would get it you pan it left to right (brighter subject, far) then shoot.

The 4k low light video on Exynos is also as good as Snapdragon when you remove the stock camera out of the equation, use Filmic pro and both are the same. In the stock camera app of Exynos, it does excess noise reduction and it's clear when you try the pro video mode. So go to pro video mode and purposely increase the ISO, you'll see that instead of increasing the noise, it instead just applies a ton of noise reduction to hide the noise. So it's definitely not something to do with the chip itself, it's just different processing, but I don't like it. Better noise to details ratio is needed for the Exynos model. Although filmic pro doesn't exhibit this issue.

The comparison is interesting, but on the other hand I have the feeling that the comparisons between SD and Exynos have become a fetish for some. I am still very happy with the photo quality. I use the Heif format and I think especially with color gradients (e.g. at sunset) I have visibly better results than when saving in jpeg.

No need to. The iPhone will win pretty much all those categories, especially moving subjects. Samsung just can't seem to nail it the way iphone and Pixel can. I have an S21U because I like the rest of the phone and it was a good deal. Camera is important but I don't need it to be the absolute best.

@@viliambena6767 I've not tried just yet. I've been on Reddit quite a bit but it seems that only the snapdragon gcam is stable at the moment. I may try on my exynos if a stable version appears. However I also kinda hate having two camera apps. Full disclosure I tried gcam on my S10 plus and it was a horrible experience as it was really slow on my exynos and would crash sometimes.

My S21 Ultra Exynos takes grainy Pictures..does any1 also face this Problem? My S9 Exynos even takes better and sharper Pictures.. My S20+ 5G Snapdragon Took amazing Pictures. I was extremely Happy with it, but had to sell it because the Snapdragon Version did not allow to use Samsung Pay here in Germany. So I had to get an other device and got the S21 Ultra Exynos.
