As a therapist, I'm not sure any of you understand what being introverted really means. Being introverted and feeling lonely aren't mutually exclusive things. Introverts can and do feel loneliness. It may not present itself in the same way as for those who are extroverts, but it still occurs.

Sincere condolences. ❤ I don’t know if I am truly an introvert but I do take my few friends and relatives in small doses. I have a neighbor who has sort of adopted me as a bestie and it smothers me mentally and emotionally. I have begun to cringe at her ring tone ( and I’ve changed it to a very serene tone). I wish I could escape into Van life. I have a disabled son on the spectrum who has disruptive behavior issues. So going anywhere with him is hard. I’m praying for you. I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your brother, Abiyah. Grief is very hard to go through. My sister passed in 2011. My husband in 2007, my mother in 2016. We never get over these losses. For me, they have become sort of imbedded in me. There isn’t the pain that there was when they first passed. But there is a scar on my heart and once in awhile, it tears open. I have to take a deep breath and just acknowledge that memory. Love never dies. 💔

❤❤❤you have my sympathy. You're on the right track ...love yourself. Admit successes and failures you've had ,then pick out traits or interest that you want to nurture. I'm a loner and always have been. Even with things I'm not so proud of I still know my heart is in the right place. The grief is real and you have to let yourself feel the emotions and don't deny yourself of small pleasures. I hope Bella will be a great friend. My Labrador (Fannie Mae) saved my life. I was in pain and wanted to die but I knew I couldn't leave her . Give God your pain....I went on my knees asking for strength to carry on. I feel you are as strong as you need to be, and you will come out of this dark time in your life better than before.

I have one son that is long gone from living with me, and I still can recall the feeling you are going through right now. IT GETS SOOO MUCH BETTER!😊. Just a little advice..... Go through all the feelings ( not around them). You'll be amazed at how much you REALLY learn to like and enjoy "your" company and YOU 🫵🏽.
