S2N Bass Cover (Dream Theater)

Presenting my cover version of S2N by Dream Theater on bass.
After years of struggle, I can finally leave this one behind... Originally intended for a split screen project, recorded thrice, abandoned countless times, taken up time and again, this song has proved to be more of a challenge than I had first anticipated. On a scale of 1 to Glass Prison, this is a solid 7 for me. I have found keeping time as the main riff is repeated endlessly rather difficult, so the cover is far from perfect, but I'm more or less happy with the result - time to move on now.
The outro begged for some pick or slap playing, so I went ahead - this became my first take on slapping, also utilizing some double thumb technique. Fun times!
