The way Ichiro dressed and acted, accompanied by chanting music, made him feels like some kind of twisted messiah-like figure of the new world Shocker planned it to be. Pretty eerie.

Also rather tragic & fitting for Ichiro's state of mind; white outfit is a color of mourning/death/sepuku ritual in Japan, and butterfly symbolizes the passing of soul/death of someone, not to mention butterflies' lifespan are rather short. And Ichiro is a man in constant state of grieving, and he's pretty much dying from Henshin-ing. He's marked for death

​@@IzzuddinRafli I think it have to do with source material Shin Rider OG TV show, or more specifically Ishinomori Shotaro manga fight, event was super fast and contain a lot of information Which apply to the music, give a sense to short, yet tell a lot of emotions in it
