Ooh My God!!!If this is not God himself sending you to speak to me I don't know...Have been on my isolation and solitude era since 2022.Been offline ,I deleted all my socials and offlate have been asking God to show me if it's my time to get out.I noticed that I have became soo comfortable with this lifestyle but God dropped in my spirit that no man is an island and that this was just a period not a lifestyle. The people that I cut off need too to learn what He's been teaching me in my solitude and isolation era having in mind that am a people lover. I love love people but it's funny how this era got me isolated that I want to continue with the journey but thanks for shedding light.I also wouldn't love to be addicted to isolation forever.Temperance is key ;knowing that everything has limits in life and too much of something is dangerous. Congratulations on your new addition!! This video really hit home for me because I am solitude now. I get the internet to watch motivational, self development videos, and videos based on my new career I am pursuing. I can admit too, I was scared of solitude at first because I realized I always had someone around and never took time out for me, but I am loving this time for self. I am learning a lot about me and realizing a lot of wounds that I know now need to be healed. I have to heal/start the process in order for me to be fully happy, present, joyful…all of that great energy! I am ready for it and I am here for it. The timing of this video was just and confirmation for me that I am on the right track. I literally journaled about this yesterday with the question from “I’m Listening” how does being alone make you feel? I can honestly say now, I am not afraid. It feels good and I enjoy it. I am getting back to what I love reading, journaling, drawing and painting and also trying out new things like yoga daily…and I have on my list to teach myself the guitar. ☺️ Thank you Tiffany.

I’m always excited seeing your new videos pop up on my feed 🩷 I recently started dating again after a long period of isolation and healing but I’m realizing that I’m having a hard time letting people in 100%. Could you share some advice on how you dated while still working on yourself?

I truly wish I could speak from experience here. I’ve been married for most of this journey. however, from the outside looking in or as advice that I would give myself, build a very loving + solid relationship with yourself. make sure you truly love AND like you first. be clear about what you want + what boundaries you have set in place. of course, be open to someone who sparks your interest and may be everything you didn’t know you wanted, cuz it be like that lol. but I say alllll of that to say: trust yourself, trust the work you’ve done enough to know that if someone oversteps your boundaries, you will protect yourself. open up if it feels right and always know you have an option to remove yourself! but we know being closed off will never allow us to find the love we’re looking for. I hope that helps a little 😌❤️
