not currently but when I first began I would go on youtube and find guided meditations related to what I was feeling at the moment… for instance: anxiety, friendships, abundance, self love, etc. it helped a lot!

Im new to you and your videos but listen to them while i work and you just hit a nerve with " a lot of us cant be the person we want to be because we're scared to change around the people who know us". Im only 26 and for years have stayed the same due to fear of people looking at me. I have felt like people know a version of me and for whatever reason am scared to change that. I need to give myself permission to be free and authentic no matter whos watching. Because while others may be watching me so is my daughter. I have to stand up for myself so she can see the example of what living authentically looks like..🥲💕💕
