I've not eaten any Chicken, Beef, Pork or Turkey since July. Only eating fruits, fish and vegetables. I just started eating nuts and doing water aerobic exercises. I feel ABSOLUTELY GREAT😊

Hello Abiyah, I cook and eat the way you are eating with the salmon. I had a very serious health issue that some people don’t heal from. The Lord allowed me to heal from it so far. Thank the Lord . This the way we are suppose to eat adding in nuts, seeds , beans and peas and a few other healthy organic foods. You are doing a great job.❤😊😊😊

You are on your way. When you reach your goal weight, try one week of fruit, to see where you are. There will be some foods, you will have 2-4 times a yr. (finding a balance). I've conquered my sugar intake. Only have candy when offered. When I use the right amt of salt and spices, no sugar is needed. I am so happy, I accomplished this. Peace and blessings to you.

Hey Abiyah. Loving this journey of health you are on, it's motivational to me, for sure. 9/5 I turned 50 and on the same path, my STL Sis. I'm not sure if you like coconut, but if you do, there' a delish recipe for collard greens called ''Collard Greens With Coconut Milk''. I love it so much. You can have it as is or over rice, grits, quinoa or like I had it with cornmeal cou-cou. Enjoy. Please do a video if you decide to make this dish. Blessings.

I would say add a bit of fresh lemon juice to your collards when you lightly saute them. For me, it takes out some bitterness

Girl your skin always glowed and you are looking extra glowed up! Health sounds so easy but pricey to obtain - don’t eat processed foods, only use real olive oil NEVER margarine, eat grass fed cheese and whole milk plain yogurt, lots of green tea and colorful fruits and veggies. Y’all, ALDIs is your friend.

I recently did a 90 day no meat test…. Didn’t really notice any difference but I did it! Recently added some chicken back into my diet…now I’m craving impossible burger and impossible chicken patties 😂😂😂😂

Hello lady hope all is well. I'll help you out Walmart is where I get this Turmeric curcumin ginger 150mg. Take the water out of your joints try it for a month an see the difference. Knees bother just healthy. I feel big different.

It’s difficult for me to keep eating healthy when the male roommate I cook for, buys cookies, ice cream, m&m’s, chips etc. He makes me so mad and I keep asking him not to buy that. He too like me is pre diabetic, has health issues. I try so hard to stay away from those things, I go walking and I exercise more often than he does. I start and stop a lot from meals to exercise. This time, it’s been 3 weeks, I’m loving to exercise. There are many times I can have willpower and not eat whatever the heck he’s eating and it upsets me that he will ask, “really, you don’t want any?” I feel like he’s doing this deliberately.

Sis you know you can get non chick bouon cubes their vegan and they will still give you that chicken broth flavor you looking for I get them at Kroger and mejier and Walmart but I will eat everything you cooked I'm doing vegan and I buy that butter and you can get almond butter to replace peanut butter it's good
