Hi Abiyah! I am so excited for you. You have done a great job working on being healthy! I have been trying to be consistent on my vegan journey and your suggestions have helped me immensely! I am going to give your way a try for the next 30 days! I started walking 1 mile everyday this summer and that has helped me in so many ways. I have lost a few pounds and several inches! 😃 Since it is getting colder I needed to find a different way to exercise. Thank you for sharing an exercise KZbinr I can try to follow along with. I am going to look up those books too. I already have Tabitha's book. Keep up the great work!

Peace Abiyah, you look great! Blessings! *May I suggest, try almond flour or oatmeal flour, both you can make yourself in the food processor or blender, or buy from store... they are good binders for veggie burgers, also try making zucchini fries, butternut squash fries in air fryer. And when you are really struggling and want something crispy or fried.. try cauliflower, season it dip in almond milk, then in almond/ oat flour and fry. Also eggplant sliced, seasoned well, dip in almond milk and dredged in oat/ almond flour and fry. No fry food is not good for us but maybe once a week as a Sunday dinner to help with some cravings.. I Pray these suggestions help.. I've been vegetarian 19 yrs and it's great!! Praying for your success 🙌

I have been vegan since 2019 and I just want to give a quick warning ⚠️, stay away from the junk vegan processed foods (ex: vegan meats in stores are all junk)... I have Tabitha Brown Cook book, but she uses some processed vegan meats (Beyond and other brand vegan meats) including her own brands... ⚠️ STAY AWAY; IT TASTE GOOD BUT ABSOLUTELY THEY ARE NOT HEALTHY AND IT MIGHT KICK YOU OFF TRACK OF YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY... The homemade meats in her book like pecans, walnuts or mushrooms meat are great choices as meat substitutes... 🙏🏾Many Blessings on your healthy vegan journey... I'll be here to support💙... P.S. I follow "Life with Anthony" and I think you maybe inspiring him too... He incorporated eating more salads🥗, which is a great start...🤗

For your burger you can use chickpea flour which is a vegetable or almond flour which is just ground nuts and that will stay within your food plan. I think one of the reasons you’re losing weight is because you’re also eating raw uncooked fruits and vegetables. That always works for me😉

Hi Abiyah, you look great, your skin looks very nice. I like having vegetarian meals but sometimes I'm concerned about getting proper protein and B 12. Can you share what is the best way to deal with this? I'm not a fan of soy because it's used as a filler in so many foods...I only eat tofu on occasion. Please share, and thanks so much. I think if you add a can of black beans and pinto beans to your veggie patty, they might work out better. 😊

When you do vegan make sure you take your vitamins. My sister went vegan and she was low on something. I can't remember what it was exactly but the doctor asked her did she eat meat she said no and she said that explains why your low in thus vitamin so she had to take supplements. I'll have to ask her exactly which vitamin she became low in after she started her vegan journey

I dontvgo by weight for this reason. I go by how my clothes fit and inches. I can also tell by my face when it's slim and my cheekbones are popping. I know I'm keeping my weight off but when my face starts getting plump then it's time for me to get it together😅

I started watching your journey September 1 and you inspired me to challenge myself so for the month of September, I eat no meat whatsoever and I lost 7 lbs !!! I am so proud of myself I decided to continue on with my journey so for the month of October, I am continuing on with no meat and I’m going to add on minimizing my dairy andadding exercise !
