I feel no pity for people plagued by robocalls. That's what caller ID is for, and when used properly, you're not answering ribocalls. The more robocalls answered, the more an individual will receive.

My caller ID shows the number, doesn't tell me that it's a robo call. Also, they can spoof phone numbers. I once got a call that showed it was from my mother but it was actually a robo call.
