+ScrapComputer I absolutely LOVE this guide, I even copied it down and made a cheat-sheet, and I might even start taking jungle as one of my two main roles now that the absence of this knowledge is no longer holding me back. I did notice a few inconsistencies in the video ie. the diagram not matching your words or you once said krug but meant gromp, but it was it was still way within the range of understanding. Thank you so much for making content that perpetuates my knowledge and enjoyment of League of Legends.

I find this quite informative. Usually, if I see a shaco on the enemy team I will quickly do red or blue first depending on my respective side of the map, then get the other buff, immediately followed up by running to the shacos other buff and either steal it or kill shaco in the process. This also is most effective if your laners are keeping track of their opposing laners.

If you decide to back at level 3, go back to clear the first camp you cleared. For example if you do Gromp -> Blue -> Red, then simply go back for the Gromp before clearing other camps, that's the most simple way to utilize the exp gain since the re-spawned camps grants more exp. And for early gankers, it's best to have clear only 3 camps, gank, and go back to clear those 3 camps instead of clearing the entire jungle.

Wow. This is so much information that I wasn't aware of at all. I'm actually not entirely sure how to use it all. I've definitely been struggling with jungling in S6. My route is always exactly the same, not even similar to any of those, and I don't even try to play junglers that can't do it! And the number of junglers that can has decreased a lot over the patches so I pretty much just don't play jungle anymore. Maybe I can though if I try one of these routes.

Personally, I love playing ganking junglers with my favorite one being Vi. I just love being a huge threat to the enemy team and pound them into the ground. I do play Kayle jungle occasionally, and her awesome AS with sated devourer is beyond broken wit an on hit/AS build with Rylai's as a necessary item for the build, especially with the Oppression mastery. However, I almost always have a team that can not, or will not initiate a team fight, so I have to be the one to put on Vi's big girl demon gloves and initiate the fight. And I really hate it when a Yasou tells me, "You shouldn't have chased with your ult, I couldn't ult." It's annoying when I have to explain that my ult MAKES me chase if someone flashes away. Even so, Vi is my favorite jungler because of how I tend to build her as an AD brusier. This way I can deal with squishies easily when I initiate and can still manage to fend off the tanks before dying(preferably having my team save me from from dying to the enemy team).

I think Lee Sin is also a ganking jungler because he is mobile with loads of gap closers and Lee usually prioritize play making at lanes and get kills rather than warding, cc-ing and counter the other junglers. Plus, although not recommended, he can gank early at lvl 3 ! I think Lee Sin is a little bit of both.

I use this route with devourer nocturne because he can gank at lvl 4 and when he get 6 its an easy kill. Then you get devourer very early and you finish it also early (15-16 min). Sorry for my bad English. Greats from Chile :)

Two notes: 1) You do not mention scuttle at all in any of your routes, but scuttle is pretty good. It doesn't do damage to you and it gives more stacks than a normal camp for devour. I understand that it can be a little bit more risky but its still worth it. 2) at around 20:40 you say that no one can reach level 6 faster unless they have experience runes. This isn't true. Zilean can give you ton of experience for free.

My heavy farm route (mastery yi, shyvanna etc) is this: Krugs (smite) > birds > red (smite) > wolves > blue > gromp > recall > repeat small camps or on red side: gromp (smite) > blue > wolves > birds > red (smite) > krugs (smite) > recall > repeat small camps this lets me pick up all the farm as quickly as possible, and I am not afraid of my buffs stolen because I am silver. I think it's pretty good, and I am often ahead of the enemy jungler unless my team gives him first blood.

I'm a huge fan of the last jungle root, it's a bit risky but especially on Shyvana it's very effective. Most of the time, when I've finished the for camps, I like to take the scuttlecrab and, if possible the enemys raptors, this gives me enough gold for the the completed jungle item and a pink ward as well.

honestly i find krugs to wraiths to red for health smite to be super efficient and what i do for most if not all my jgs combines with strength of ages on weaker non sustain jgs like wukong. and jgs with high sustain i can do a full clear and gank twice before i even think about going back and with tailismen i dont even have to i just have gold to spend. specifically it goes like this always, smite krugs, wraiths killing the small ones first, smite red for health, look for gank if i can get one, wolves/ skuttle whichever im nearest, blue look for gank or gromp, after that i recall or take the nearest camp after another gank. i find this super easy with all the champs i play: wukong, naut, yi, xin,skarner, udyr, vi, rengar, graves. the key is to take the talismen over the machetee for mana reliant jgs.
@TheFr1zz8 жыл бұрын
A root that I have been using for Zac has been; Krugs (smite) -> Red -> Raptors -> Wolves -> Blue -> Gromp (smite) -> Scuttle -> Gank (reveresed if on opposite side). What do you think about the viability of this clear or is it less effective than other clears I could be doing?
@draheim909 жыл бұрын
None of these involve skuttle? Or just full clearing one side then going to other side? I see a lot of high level players do these on non-invading junglers. Skuttle is good for sustain and yes, it can be risky, but a lot of times it's worth it (if you're stronger than enemy jungler/your lanes are pushed and can collapse) and also gives vision for your team.
@chrisdarkcloud60189 жыл бұрын
My main problem with this video is none of these jungle paths include scuttle. At higher elo having vision in the middle of the rivers right away greatly helps laners (and puts you in a good position for some deep wards). Also none of these paths go past the first gank. There are still general paths/gank routes junglers can take after their initial gank. Disappointed none were showcased here. Maybe another video?

you missed the anti-[kill oriented counter jungler (ie nocturne, lee sin, shaco, )] jungle route: blue side: red buff[optional smite], 2 choice of blue buff [preferable smite] or wolves, 3 recall or remaining camp mentioned depending, cont. with clearing red side: 1 blue buff [optional smite], 2 red buff[preferable smite] wolves or raptor, 3 recall or remaining camp mentioned depending, cont. with clearing this focuses on denying kill oriented counter junglers from catching you at your buff and secures your buffs, moving you out of the way of counter junglers and effectively denying them the early game pressure and time that they desire. when you see an assassin jungler in load screen, or a jungler without flash and instead exhaust or ignite, this is the best route as they will often expect you to take the gromp/krug then go after your buffs in response to this. commando yi has a good video (how to beat counter junglers[kzbin.info/www/bejne/sGG8mKawhrqDhpo]) detailing how he would do this and even go on the offensive in season 5, but it holds true for the most part in season 6 that i've seen.

I'm a bit confused about your power clear ROUTE not ROOT. I can understand running for buff to buff so no one steals it, but why after the recall do you go Krugs, Wolves, then back back to chickens? If you go chickens then wolves you waste less time and will be in a better position to moves to either top or mid. Ending at chickens seems to only leave the option of ganking mid unless you want to waste even more time running through dead camps to make a move on bot. I'm doing my best to learn everything I can about jungling and I'm sure my point has a very obvious logical point as why it's not done that way, but why waste the time? Thanks for any tips or explanations.

Very good i will definitely try this. But what about squishy junglers like evelyn and elise. I always get killed by the buff whenever i try to #2 it, im unranked and have no runes. So what i do is, 1 frog with leash help from top laner, 2 wolfs, i have no health so 3 scuttle crab to regain health, 4 gank or attack red or mostly blue buff then tp back. Its my safe jungling route but i will try what you taught me in this video but i will need a tanky hero like tryndamere, sejuani or vollibear to pull this off. Since i have no runes and dont have enough masteries for squishy junglers

I love your videos man, and ever since I watched your in-depth lane guides I have changed the way i play. Just one question though; what type of jungler would you consider Rengar? I play exclusively him in the jungle and have racked up about 150 games on him, but many people have different ideas on how to play him. I have the most success with invading at Level 2-3 and getting FB, and gank a lot. This usually gets me and my lanes fed. However, i have heard many other Rengar mains say that it is better to farm until 6, when his ult gives him huge ganking potential. What do you say?
@kaminatorXD9 жыл бұрын
Play him according to your style If you like destroying your enemy, picking them off or jumping them in their own jungle do it Nobody else can tell you how to play him exactly If you master the basics it comes down to playstyle If a Master player tells you to farm to lvl 6, you still wont reach master just afk farming until lvl 6 If you feed your lanes and win alot of games like that its the way to go Nothing its more annyoing than having to watch out every brush because there might be a fee rengar in it

on the farm "alternative" route, you have the red side numbers wrong (they're mirroring the blue)

why was the scuttle crab not mentioned in any of the clears? was it due to clear time?

I'm pretty dull occasionally, so could I ask what type of jungler Kha'Zix would be?

Why would I start Gromp at Blue Side / Golems at Red Side? Get the Botlane to pull the first camp, it's easier

would doing a full clear w/out buffs, 2nd full clear w/ buffs, krug and/or raptors work for lvl 6 powerspike champs?

What u think about 1 gruks(smite) chickens red (smite) then blue and b (for renga or sothink)
@alexandruteslaru62508 жыл бұрын
Why smite red if you go b anyway? just ward the bush near red and smite it if needed.(in the amumu clip)

Nice video! I have a question: usually I use Zac, and I'm used to go on farming till the end of the day, with some ganks of course, but he just has an incredible sustain that allows me to farm forever. Now: is it a good idea to farm for example 10 camps without recalling? Or is it better to farm 4, than recall and farm again? Thanks in advance!
@ScrapComputer8 жыл бұрын
It's better to go back and get greater items rather than hard farm after you have around 1k gold or so. Going back for items will allow you to clear faster, and is worth the time investment.

+ScrapComputer Ok, that was exactly the point. Thank you!

I play Kayle in the jungler, and i'm doing pretty well. But my early isn't that great. Any advice ?
Gromp(smite)>Blue>(if i feel like i lost a lot of hp i go Crab)>Wolfs>Raptors>Red(smite)>Krugs>>Buy smite upgrade>back to gromp side and either farm or gang those lanes... What do you think ? is this viable ? (Im gold 5 mid main and i just want to learn jungle)

I play amumu, and i always do gromp, blue, wolves, raptors, red, krugs, recall, 2 ganks recall, then dragon. It works well for me at least

Hey scrap im trying to get back into Jarvan but i cant seem to find a runepage that works for me. You got any advice?
@inaneramblings9189 жыл бұрын
Scrap you were clearing your camps the exact opposite of how you said to in another video. you were targeting big buffs on single target champs and constantly switching targets. :p
