સળંગ દાળ | વાલ ની દાળ |vaal ni daal

કેમ છો મિત્રો, આજે હું લાવી છું ગુજરાતી છુટી વાલ ની દાળ બનાવવા ની રીત. કેરી ના રસ ની સાથે આ વાલ ની દાળ ખૂબ જ સ્વાદિષ્ટ લાગે છે સાથે કોઈ પણ પ્રકારના શાક ની પણ જરૂર નથી પડતી નાના મોટા બધા ને ખૂબ જ પસંદ આવશે.
For 4 to 5 person
Ingredients-
259g Vaal daal [spilt vaal daal]
2-3 tbsp oil
1tsp cumin seeds nd mustard seeds
1/2 tsp hing
1 bay leaves
2 pices of dry chilli
10-15 fresh curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tbsp red chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tbsp jeggery
3 kokam
Green coriander for garnish
