His Deliverance form has been stated to be far superior the PE HoFin only reason he didn't fight the CE HoFin in a proper is cause he had no reason to. Even Otto who is weaker than Kevin is far superior to Sa

Dude inform yourself properly, you do not know of the context , what they faught was a root of Sa , Sa has roots spreeds in the SoQ . We do not know for sure the true power level of Sa as a result . So far Kevin is the strongest character on screen yes , specifically from a combat perspective.
