They really sat on the issue of late coming by other judges and he gave them the answer that he is not aware of it. Almost falling short of calling him disingenuous for his inability to attend to report this conduct when many things can explain why this did not get his attention, especially given that these judges did not have to report or reason their late coming with him. With judgments well he would think he let himself down.

Mokgoba does not like Phatudi period. Phatudi knows but because he is a subordinate, he is only being respectful because should he get the job, he's still going to be deputy to Mokgoba. CJ asking about differences should have said, what are the differences between you because it is clear you people don't see eye to eye. I mean that is obvious
