I don't think so Luvo , I think he realized his mistakes and that made him weak and in his view he tries to gain points back through his way of responds I think he knows that he could have answered the questions better Remember he is already a judge and perhaps in his office he has not been faced with such questions for such a long time , he might have thought that he has the job before he could get it , only to realize that its not as easy as he thought. Like when he was asked does he think he is the right man for the job , for me as a man of his stature he asked that the chair could ask the jp to vow for him , he did not express his possible experience for the job. Listen to the lady chair of the house questions regarding woman , how the judge responds his responds were more of damage control of previous answered mistakes .
