Great choice NPR. Spreading Sa-Roc’s energy, voice & message through the ear-waves... Sa-Roc is technically the best lyricist that comes to mind from recent times. I’m also a fan of Young M.A, who’s lyrically tight too. Nowadays, I have to notice & consider how music makes me feel & the kind of desires & behaviours it triggers in me. A lot of rap I like is now a guilty pleasure as it makes me want to be all kinds of reckless while driving a car too fast at 3am on some highway. In my older-age, I realize it prompts those thoughts & resist the suggestions. Sa-Roc on the other hand is just a pure pleasure that makes me want to stand in my power, be & do better ❤️🧘🏻‍♀️ More of this woman taking up space on media channels, in hearts, ears, minds & in the world please 🌍
