SA shoppers scramble to find eggs

One of the country's major retailers has already started rationing how many eggs customers can buy. The outbreak of avian flu has hit poultry and egg stocks hard, with millions of birds culled. This is because when the demand is high and the supply is low, the prices of that product will skyrocket as a result of higher demand and low supply. so, they are trying to maximize their profit margins.
