Truth be told, there is no option to turn off the subtitle, so I included a mod in the description that forces off the subtitles. If I can, I could try to combine those two using video editing magic, but there's no guarantee it would be perfect.

It is possible to modify the in-game captions to fit the dub, but I'm not a SA2 modder. The mod in the description removes the captions altogether.
