A 3" exhaust will help with flow. Muffler doesn't really make a difference other than sound quality. My 9-5 destroyed gt mustangs when it was stock. But there is a bid difference in power comparing a 9-3 aero to a 9-5 aero. Most people don't understand the potential of saabs it gets overlooked easily

hasnt been dynod yet its up around 450whp and 450+wtrq the tires were just getting transported and the once gauge mount i got was from genuine saab on the a pillar the other one is a universal and its mounted on top of the factory speaker

My saab 9-5 is already JZW staged 1 tuned and as the hardware almost set up for stage 3, it makes a world of difference. You should seriously consider a 3'' dp and a catback as well as a ETS intercooler next.

Agreed. The ETS is pricey but well worth the $

Ac delete makes it much easier. You could spend 1,500 on a custom manifold and make it fit but for the most part you need to gut the front end and custom mount everything

Most 9-5 aeros if healthy will walk all over a wed top end. The little wax turbos spool fast and the awd helps them get a good jump at lower speeds but after a aero hits 3rd gear on its all over but the crying :)

I run cheap tires because they don't last long :) usually a 235/40/18

its all about custom manifolds

what tires do you run? I have a JZW stage 1 '06 9-5, with a freeflowing 3'' dp+2.5" straight through catback exhaust. I simply cannot put the power down, should i throw on a set of ContiExtreme Contact DWs?

Flowmasters are not as great turbo mufflers, they're baffled

Hey man. How did you fit the HX35 turbo in there? I have a 9-5 -1999 and i'm having trouble figuring out how to fit the turbo without removing the AC unit? write me back.
