Bro wonderful work on a beautiful car. Absolutely love the soundtrack! Had 6 SAAB, currently got a 2005 9-5 Aero HOT in Espresso, and a 2005 9-3 SS Aero Hirsch Stage 2. Magic. Just about to buy a 1989 9000 Carlsson manual, it’s been sat for 8 years and has 221,000 miles….it’s going to be painful but I’m trying to save it from getting scrapped! Black with red stickers 😍😍😍

great job, I rebuild my 1990 SAAB 9000cd recently. I changed all rod and main bearings, new t25 turbo, new 4hp-18 control unit, new torque converter, new ..... I know how happy you are when you drive the NEW DIY SAAB. Cheers!

WOW!! Now that's how you take care of a neglected 9k Aero! The thing is, now she's good to hit the million mile mark! Best part of making the effort to bring this back to life and seal it up from any potential cancer in the future is that in 20 years, they all will have been eaten by rust and there wil be VERY few out there.. the real kicker being that by that time, these cars wil be worth BIG money... just wait and see. I bet that this car in 20-30 years will be worth more that its sticker price when new. Which is why I have a 93' Eucalyptus Green 9k Aero 5 spd, a 94' Eucalyptus green 9k Aero 5 spd and a 97' Black 9k Aero Auto all tucked away in a safe place. I made the mistake of not saving the 6 900 SPG's that I owned throughout the years back when I was a young man. I still have 2 of them but one is beyond repair due to rust and the other is stored away but I kind of waited to long before I tucked it away for safe keeping ( it's still salvageable but needs about as much work as your 9000 Aero did) One things for sure though, I'm not going to make that mistake with my Aero's!

I had a 97 Imola red 9000 aero 5sp manual. loved that car. my favorite car of any I have owned. What can you say about a car that weighs 3200 pounds seats 5, safe, and gives you a smile per mile ?

MrWildWere Byta växellåda, turbo, bussningar hit och dit. Fixa rost här och var. Göra den allmänt snygg igen. En massa oljeläckage ska jag fixa också. Jag bor i Karlskrona :)

Köp powerflex bussningar i polyurethane. Jag köpte original liknande från mekonomen biltema mm. De håller inte, inte riktigt gummi. Efter 2 år löses de upp. Jag finns utanför Malmö :)
