In this video I give a full in depth tour of a 2009 Subaru Outback. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

That's one of Subaru's best cars if you ask me. I had the pleasure of driving one of those last week. (A 2009 Subaru Outback 2.0 TURBO-DIESEL and it drove FANTASTICALLY! Sharp corner at 60MPH, no problem for the Outback! Really great car).

I love the quirky, almost crappy sound of the boxer engine. When we first got ours I thought there was something wrong with it, but then I heard a brand new Outback engine and it was identical. You hear a lot more noise from the engine because of the horizontal pistons.

Atmos it’s also mostly heat shield rattling, I was gonna cut mine off but I kinda like it too

Why did they install that flip switch on the dashboard above the steering wheel? When you turn the car off & get out, the running lights remain on. It took me 25 minutes before I googled it how to turn them off. So far, I love the car. Mine is similar to this one.

I don't mind the pillar-less windows. As long as they keep wind noise out at highway speeds and the roof doesn't cave in a rollover it's fine.

Definitely the most attractive generation, although I prefer the earlier half of this generation with the smaller grille. The generation before it was a little dorky looking with a seriously outdated interior and the present one is just too ungainly, but it does have a very appealing interior.
