Why serious? This is the most basic truth. Death is always celebrated by Sant Kabir. And as far as this song is concerned, it could be sung the way one want. If a tune is a bit catchy and easy to sing then the chances are high that the person would visit the song again and would try to get into the deep meaning of the song.

This is written by the great Master himself & it’s like he’s laughing on the choices a person & society makes… and this is our interpretation. And dont give passive aggressive "We may not be evolved as you" Crap. Since its written by "The Great Master" teachings must be presented in the essence as it is supposed to be. the essence of this doha is - every tattva is Nashwar, except for Naam-Anaam. Set your priorities right before you die too. for refrence see Agni version, They are presenting from Samshan Ghaat, with story about Child loosing father symbolising Soul loosing path of Creator because it was too destracted by earthly things.
