Respected Sir, Thank you very much for the information. Normally aadmi ko apni kidney ho healthy rakhne ke liye kya kya karna chahiye besides drinking lot of water. Dusra humen kab doctor ko visit karna chahiye. Jo reason aapne bataye uske alaba aur kaon kaon se reasons ho sakte hai jise humen notice karna chahiye. Saal mai kitne baar test karbana chahiye aur kaon kaon se test karbana chahiye.

I am not doctor but the cause has to be treated, he said biggest cause is diabetes not control or high blood pressure not control. Control those and follow diet doctor gave you, eliminate milk , dairy.

I want advice from you.I had systolic 140 and diastolic 80 for about 10 years.Now it is 150 by 80.Telma 20 brings it down to 120 by 68 in three hrs Then I take medicine when it comes to 140 after three days.I want to stick to ARBS being kidney friendly.Please give your opinion

I am not doctor, but I search. Blood pressure to lower more do natural thing walk regularly, eat garlic and flax seeds, stress msnagement and more fruits and vegetables . In old time 140/80 was acceptable. Do not know it is business to sell medicine. But generally lower is better because less work for heart
