You are wrong, her main language is not Swedish, although I'm guessing it is one of her languages at home. I don't know how she defines herself (not finlandssvensk at least, she said that in one of her vlogs), but I'm thinking she has a bilingual (Finnish/Swedish) background. Her father comes from Sweden, but she went to Finnish-speaking school in Finland which usually makes that language stronger. But the reason she has a perfect English accent is probably not thanks to Swedish, as Swedish-speakers usually have a clear accent in English, so that doesn't explain anything. (BTW, accents are not "bad English" in my world.) What might explain the pronunciation is that she lived in both the US and Britain with her family for a while AND that she also seems to have a talent and interest for languages overall. My experience is also that if you speak more than one language at home you are better prepared to adapt to other languages. Monolinguals usually have a harder time with that. She was asked in an interview once how to "get rid of a Finnish accent" and she answered: "My advice is, just go for it. Just start talking, it gives a better impression than silence. An accent doesn't bother anyone." Good advice.

Just saw some comments... wow no, people are sleeping on this video hit. The SKILL level it takes to do what she did underwater is like unreal and hard; it's something to admire! I don't know any artist who's tried to do a completely underwater theme video (for this style of music either)... Can we not appreciate how she was still able to fuse sensuality and power in her video, WITHOUT overtly sexualizing herself? I mean to each their own, but the art direction for this was on point to me. If it's a little awkward... I feel that's part of her thing. Like the whole time I was appreciating how strong of a swimmer, how well she could breathe underwater, her ability to choreograph... like I saw a strong woman. And I feel like that's awesome. So many videos you only think of like oh there's the boobs and butts, oh there's the sex and drugs, but here it was like only good things, nothing exploitive. And I really appreciate like strangely relatable the video was; anybody can get dreamt in a pool. Sometimes music videos for pop is waaay too fantastical, over the top, or do that slow motion thing to rev up how sexy the singer is- I'm glad she didn't do any of that. Instead we got something playful, whimsical, dreamy, strong. I hope she gets more fans... At the same time, if she gets more popular, I hope she maintains her natural sensibility, because it's gold.
