Periods mein kitchen aur mandir mein nahi jaate kyonki wahan bhagwan ka vaas hota hai aur being a woman I can feel that un dinon mein bahut rest chahiye hota hai..aur ye achhi baat hai ki hume rest milta hai.....mood swings, period cramps etc.....rest toh chahiye hota hai...aur pad kharidna koi bahaduri ka kaam nahi.....mere bachpan se mere papa, mere bhai aur ab mere pati pads la dete hain.....aur un teen dinon tak hume rest dekar mere hubby saara cheez manage karte hain saaf safai, puja , rasoi, bachhon ke tiffin tak...mujhe bas upar upar ke kaam thoda halka pulka kaam karne padte hain.... WOH LADKI COLLEGE TRIP PE JAKAR MANDIR NAHI JANA CHAHIYE , BAHAR SE GHUM KE AA SAKTI HAI AUR YEH BAAT AAP KO BHI BOLNI CHAHIYE......KAHAN HUM DAILY MANDIR JA PATE HAIN AUR HAR JAGAH KE KUCH NIYAM HOTE HAIN, TOH USKO DHYAN MEIN RAKHNA CHAHIYE...
