It's silly to differentiate between product-led growth and sales-led growth. These are silly terms created recently. In order to do effective marketing, the product needs to be good and somehow differentiated from competition. So, "product-led growth" was always part of effective marketing.

Product-led growth does have specific characteristics. A good example is Calendly. Being a good product, and growing through product are both valid strategies, but not the same.
