Quick question: Are emails in some type of queue, that Users/Notifications can subscribe to? Because as soon as you enabled the users notification, the email was (I guess resent automatically) without having to send the email again.

But If I want to enable notifications for N number of users or N number of assignment groups, How can we achieve this?

Hi Santosh, Have you seen notifications module of ServiceNow. Notification is a different feature in which you can configure multiple notifications.
