So far I have found that Winsor and newton are the best. From local market Ored is fine for beginners. I will make a video on it because there are many things to check in a canvas. Already stretched ones are fine for beginners. If you want to keep price high material should be good too.

Sure you can sell. Just roll it on a plastic tube and cover it with bubble wraps. Then finally thick plastic wrap cover or fabric bag to secure everything.

Saatchi gives template for certificate of authenticity after sale. Basically you have to provide basic information about your art piece like date of creation, name of art piece, medium with your hand signatures.

Meray samnay tu koi TAX se related question nhi ata unless there is a sale. Ap ki device per VPN tu on nhi? Pakistan k liay TAX info ka nhi poochtay it is for US and other countries.
