Hello sir i always had a doubt that a lossless audio streams at 1411 kbps and a LDAC codec is capable of streaming upto 990kbps which is quite near to lossless . There is no doubt the wired mode is best . But if hires lossless audio really enhances listening experience as we jump from 320kbps to 1411kbps then how do wireless heapdhones like sennheiser momentum 4 , focal bathys , B&O H95, B&W PX8 with no LDAC codec can sound good ? What is point of good codecs then? And what matters a good codec or heapdhone's tuning??

two different things. one is digital coding and decoding. second is earphone/Headphone driver quality. a simple Headphone with bluetooth sbs with great headphone drivers can sound amazing. but with better codecs like LDAC the sound quality will improve but we might not feel a huge drastic change. but yes quality will improve. so it all depends upon our listening taste. do not spend extra if you are satisfied with your current gear.🙏🤗

But sir if the driver's or headphones tuning quality matters but technically they aren't streaming at lossless that is 1411kbps which ldac nearly does at 990kbps streaming. How those premium pair of headphones can sound much better that ldac tuned heaphones as those pairs technically not even sound more than 576kbps which is 1/3 of lossless??

there are many reasons like Bluetooth lets you play music from your phone on a bluetooth speaker nearby. A Wi-Fi speaker can get music from the internet or a computer in your home.

@AbhisAVTech Thanks for the reply. WiFi is not only used for streaming music from internet or pc. WiFi is also used in wireless display (screen casting) for streaming video from Mobile Phone to TV, this video streaming is done at 1080p 30fps which requires much higher bitrate than music streaming. If TVs can stream music+video using Wi-Fi then why AV Receivers and Home Theatres don't use this technology? Phone are also capable for transferring music to the casting device. Also Bluetooth is not capable of transferring 5.1 channel audio, WiFi can do that easily because of high data transfer speed. I think There is a need of development for such devices which can serve this purpose.
