রোদ বৃষ্টি যাই হোক না কেন সবচেয়ে সহজে আমের আমসত্ত্ব রেসিপি. Most easy Aamsotto Recipe. It is also known as Mango Bar or Aam Papad.
Ingredients:
Mango - 800 Gm
Ghee
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice
Methods of how to preserve amsotto:
At first take 3 Big Size/800 gm, peel and cut in small pieces
After cutting make a paste in the big blender jar
Take a bowl and place a strainer on top
Strain the Mango Paste in the bowl
Take a plate and brush Ghee/Refined Oil all over the plate
Similarly brush ghee in a steel plate
Pour the Mango Pulp in a pan
Add 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 cup Sugar (as per taste)
Cook on medium flame
Meanwhile add Half Lime Juice
You can also add 1 tsp Vinegar instead
Cook on medium flame while stirring for 15 mins
And turn off your oven
Pour some amount of the mixture in the plate and spread
Pour little bit and spread evenly
Make them thick or this as per requirement
If you want to put it under sunlight on your terrace
then cover with a thin cotton cloth
Similarly pour the rest of the mixture in the steel plate
Spread evenly and tap
Now Cut them in strips
Take a knife and cut in long strips
Roll up those long strips
You can store them in this way.
