What an interesting story start to finish and as usual Sabaton's song did not disappoint!

Love how they put some lines in their songs with refferences. Like they part "broke the Citadel" reffers to operation Citadel, the German attack plan. Great reaction.

Tommy wasn't in Sabaton at this time. He is the newest member, joined around 2016 and so has only been on the 2 most recent albums (The Great War and War To End All Wars). You guys seem to be covering a lot of the pretty dark sabaton stories so far, which is fine but maybe you should check out some of the more uplifting ones just so that Sue doesn't end up all sad every Wednesday. I would suggest No Bullets Fly, Night Witches, The Last Battle, White Death, Sabateurs, Ghost In The Trenches, 82nd All The way as more heroic, uplifting songs to check out.

I think 7 Pillars of Wisdom and Coat of Arms are also very uplifting and "happy" Sabaton songs. 👍

Hearts of Iron is a great sabaton song and sabaton history if you want a song from a German perspective specifically the battle of Berlin

Indy´s World war two channel is just now going through this time period as it is summer 1943. He is covering ww2 week by week in real time. Strong suggest to anybody who like history.

another story which would be too unrealistic for Hollywood (not for Tarantino maybe) But if you´d have an eye on "The Last Battle", you would be speachless. Another great Sabaton Wednesday again, keep on doing!

You should absolutely try listen to the Sabaton song "Lion from the North". That is the story of king Gustav II Adolf of Sweden (1611-1632), according to Joakim Brodén, the best Sabaton song he had written. Gustav II Adolf was the king of Sweden during the time when Sweden was one of the mightiest realms in world. The 30 years war (1618-1648) ended his life, and some describe that conflict being the actual first world war. However, the story is interesting and the song it self are GREAT 👍👍✌👌

Between the history and the song you talked a bit about how the German army was a truly model fighting force. You guys should check out 'Ghost Division' next week to learn how the German army, which wasn't nearly as well equipped as people have come to believe, managed to knockout France's far superior forces and defenses with a combination of tactics and tenacity in record time. Led by the only commander the Allies held any real respect for by the end of the war, the Ghost Division caused immense chaos behind French lines at the start of the invasion in a story too absurd for fiction.

Oh yes I also like History and SABATON shows again how and why they make this Music. They know a lot about many WARS. Beautiful Illustration in this song and Videos, you understand it so much better. We must never forget our HEROES who fought for our FREEDOM✌️ A piece of history about The Diary of Anne Frank War 1940-1945 Two family members of mine Johan Voskuijl and Bep Voskuijl were Family of me. Johan Voskuijl was the Cousin of my Grandpa Theo Voskuijl and Uncle and Cousin of my Mother. They were hiding in Anne Frank's House. The cousin Johan Voskuijl built that Famous Bookcase to receive Jewish people. You can find it in GOOGLE. I am married to a German, but all my Family, hated Hitler and his War. Thank you I learned something again, nothing to compare with what I learned at School 🏫📚👩🏼🏫 Love from 🦋

Hallo again folks. I am used to Panzerkampf swapping h for f. Nordic language similar so must mean same thing for Danes. Both versions should translate same as Tank fight or battle. Have gut evening, stay safe as always. Sabaton brings the smarts. But ja I have weird feelings watching these. Herr Wolfman I love history as well, I will throw out Gaius Cornelius Tacitus, born around first century AD, he wrote a book towards end of first century called Germania. Unfortunately, this manuscript was rediscovered by certain German Nationalists in 19th century und the rest is history. I have always wondered if Tacitus' manuscript was never found how this shame would have or have never played out? I get depressed thinking this over so I stop.

Hello, sabaton has also stories about individuals and humanity in wars, No bullets fly animated video is one them, there is also inmate 4859 and the ballad of bull. These stories are less known than great battles although they should get more attention in my opinion.

@@SueSueandthewolfman for the ballad of bull, that's right, for some songs they did a second round of Sabaton history. Verdun has two history episodes as well.

Could u do sabaton art of war ?
@diffyiffy2432 жыл бұрын
Yeah, either if we want it or not. This was 1943, US came in at 1944. And the soviets beat the west to Berlin. Sad enough, beacause Stalin was from the same stock as Hitler. But Soviet beat the nazis. The allies (west) played cleanup.
