There is no need to prove anything. The hostilities began when the Finns allowed the Germans to use their airfields and waters to attack the Soviet Union. This was an act of aggression that fully justified the bombing. The Finnish troops were ready to attack on the Soviet border when the Germans raided the Soviet Union. This deployment of troops on the border was also an act of aggression. The Finns then also used these troops to invade the Soviet Union. After the joint raid on the Soviet Union with the Germans in 1941, the Finns and their troops then occupied the areas occupied by the Soviets after the Winter War of 1939-40, but also occupied Soviet areas that were never part of Finnish national territory. The Finns were then satisfied with the newly conquered areas and did not want to conquer any further areas, which is why they held back in supporting the Germans. The Finns limited their support to the Germans to the joint siege of Lenigrad with the Germans and the joint raid with the Germans on the Soviet city of Murmansk. Another reason why the Finns limited the support of the Germans was the fact that the Finnish army was far too weak to take part in extensive fighting, as a large part of the Finnish troops had already been tied up in the siege of Leningrad. The fact that the Finnish army had no strength to carry out other operations was clearly visible in the failed attempt to conquer Murmansk. Since the Finns used most of their divisions in the siege of Lenigrad, the Finns were only able to provide a single paltry division in the several attacks on the city of Murmansk. But unfortunately, the Finnish troops were sufficient to besiege Lenigard from the north. But in the end, the Germans and the Finns fortunately lost the war together. Yes, fortunately because if they had won together, then I wouldn't be able to write this comment because I wouldn't have existed. Because after a victory in this war they would certainly have exterminated my grandparents like most of the Slavs. Who would have helped them win? Who was the German ally without necessity? Oh, those were the Finns! But you're surely sad about the Finnish-German defeat! At least that's what you can conclude from the comments. Because there is no regret in the comments about the alliance with the Nazis. This is also illustrated by the pathetic attempt to claim that the Finns were allied with the Germans out of self-defense and not, as the historical truth is, because they wanted to conquer territories. The Soviets failed in their attack on Finland in 1939-40 and had no plans to attack Finland again.

This was a genocidal plan against all Slavic nations. So if they had won together, I wouldn't be able to write this comment. Because I am a Slavic and they would have carried out the genocide on my nation too.

@GreatPolishWingedHussars Convininetly left out Soviet Union having invaded Poland together in 1939 and due to that partnership Finland didn't get aid from Germany untill much after the end of "So called Winter War", which by the way is how we call it in Finland, much like from summer of 1941 onwards WW2 is Great patriotic war in Russia. We allinged with Germans because at that time Britain was alone, on one side Nazis " the abosolute evil" And other side soviets, the guys who'se actions in Poland are equivalent to Germans aka "the other side of the coin of absolute evil". As far as jews go, we never did anything to them, nt a single finnish jew was ever persecuted or sent to german camp, unlike in manyother similarry allied nations. In fact there was a Batallion made out of Finnish Jews that fought along side Wermacht troops. They even held their saturday mass within earshot of our "brothers in arms". Now in this movie they spread, the provenly and admited by Russian goverment, false hood of Finland shelling Mainila and that there would have been Germans in Finland in 1939. Neither of those are historical facts. And as far as shelling goes, according to socviet archives there were no injuries reported on that day that would match being bombarded and even eye witness accounts from that side of border of it being 7 shells in a field nearby. Mean while Soviet union thinks it's appropriate to bomb Finnish civilians in 13 cities as war declaration. And if you want to complain on what we supposedly did, I will just start listing Soviet attrocities in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. Call it deivine reribution. As far as the "consentration camps" go, isn't that the thing where Stalins purges are being attempted to be made to look like every one else did them instead of him? Besides we didn't fight for victory for nazis, just destruction of the old enemy taht could not tolerate idea of us not being part of them anymore... kinda like moder rationale coming from there. One more map where Finland is part of Russia in their propaganda and we get to make mas where Russia is split by it's neigbours, maybe put Petersburg back under swedish rule, they did use to rule that land after all. Now go back to suck Stalins dick, and leave those of us who'd have remained neutral if not for that war hungry genocidal maniac in peace. Only thing weve ever wanted but certain neigbour has hard time understanding what "wrong side of border means", if we'd comit airspace violations at same rate the eternal victim comlex would have declared war already.

War crimes? We can talk about the finnish East Karelian concentration camps! There is a Wiki link for this. This is a quote from it: "Significant numbers of Soviet civilians were interned in the camps. These were primarily Russian children and elderly, as almost all of the working age male and female population were either drafted or evacuated by the Soviet government." Many of them starved to death in this camps!

Yes, in the Winter War the Finns were still the good ones. Then they allied themselves with the Nazis and that was definitely not a good thing. The Finns wanted to benefit from the expected German victory against the Soviet Union and conquer Soviet territories. Finland fought in World War II from 1941 as an ally of Germany because Finland wanted to conquer territories like Germans. The Finns wanted more than just to recapture the lost territories in the so-called Winter War which lasted 4 months and ended in 1940. The Finnish parliament declared that the aim of the war was to restore the areas lost during the winter war and to gain more territories in the east in order to create a "Greater Finland". To win, the Finns supported the Nazi nation in the genocidal siege of Leningrad, which was part of the racist war of annihilation against the Slavic population of the Soviet Union. One of the goals of the siege was the extermination of the Slavic population of Leningrad! Many Jews also died in the siege. They were supposed to be exterminated like the Slavs. Because the siege was intended to exterminate the population of Leningrad. That's why 1,5 million people died in Leningrad largely by starvation. Mostly civilians. Which shows that the Finns didn't care that millions of civilians died in this war. Including Jews! Jews also died from this siege. So they did take part in the genocide of the Jews after all. For the siege was not only part of the genocides against the various Slavic nations of the Soviet Union, but also against the Jews. Not only Russians died in this criminal siege, but also Belarusians, Ukrainians and other Slavs, as well as Jews. Because the siege was part of the genocide against all Slavic nations of the Soviet Union and the Jews. The Finns also attacked and besieged Murmansk together with the Germans, which was definitely not a Finnish city either. That is why Great Britain declared war on the Finns and attacked Finnish troops with bombers too. Finland was so the enemy of liberators of Europe because Finland has allied itself with absolute evil. So they themselves became part of the absolute evil! It would have been terrible if the Nazi Nation had won together with the Finns the 2nd world war. This victory would have meant the destruction of the Soviet Union and various genocides against the Slavic peoples of the Soviet Union. All Jews were also murdered. But also elsewhere they would have exterminated the Slavs, for example in Poland, whereby they would also have exterminated certain non-Slavic nations. It's a fact that the attack of 1941 served to support the Germans in completely destroying the Soviet Union. The Finns also knew what the Germans were doing, because they were there at the siege of Leningrad. The genocides did not bother them at all and they willingly participated in them as an ally of the Nazi nation. Wiki link titled East Karelian concentration camps. In the link one can then read the following. Quote: "East Karelian concentration camps were a set of concentration camps operated by the Finnish government in the areas of the Soviet Union occupied by the Finnish military administration during... These camps were organized by the armed forces supreme commander Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim. The mortality rate of civilians in the camps was high due to famine and disease...Significant numbers of Soviets died in this concentration camps. These were many women, children, and the elderly..." Quote end! Only there was not only the East Karelian concentration camps but also the criminal involvement in the siege of Leningrad and the support of the Nazi nation in general in the criminal war with the aim of winning the war together with the Nazi nation, which would have resulted that all Slavic nations would have been destroyed like the gypsies and Jews too. Yes, the Finns ultimately fought for the victory of the Nazi nation.
