Such a poignant documentary this is. Tears coursed down my eyes as I watch this courageous woman reminiscences about her contributions in the liberation struggle. We must be fair to Winnie in recognizing the pivotal roles she played in fighting against the nasty apartheid regime in South Africa. Most of her detractors, and critics, who are now enjoying the fruits of freedom never ,at any given moment, lend a finger in the liberation struggles. Viva Winnie your name will forever remain etched in the annul of South Africa history.

@David Miles what do u even mean?, the apartheid government was a mess before democracy came, the UN had stopped any relations with south africa and countries had also cut it's relations, which also caused the economy to fall, so I don't know what you talking because Zuma was not the only black president, Zuma didn't tell them to go and kill people so o ska phapha. And stop talking and raising allegations about things you don't know about go make proper research. God bless.

Be Frank I see you enjoy vilainising Mama Winnie. Spewing hate which according to you are stating facts. Do you carry the same contempt for the actions of the many agents of apartheid that brutalised and murdered many other black people on a daily?? If you can be so disgusted by Mama why can't you be even more disgusted but the evil of our past. You are disgusting if you find comfort in dragging this woman's name and find the brutality she and many others have faced not worth being mentioned! If you are going to criticize the retaliation of the oppressed have the decency to equally criticise the oppressors. You are shameful for finding her faults unforgivable but apartheid atrocities as a forgettable "unnoteworthy" thing of the past.

Even those men who in ANC who worked hard with apartheid regime to discredit you and destroy your name by fabricating love affairs and criminal charges against you , failed to break your spirit. The white media and western media that carried out a hate campaign against you with an aim of destroying your name failed!, We as people of African woman of africa in particular will always tell our children the good side of you and they too will tell their children. She was a typical example of a true revolutionary fighter who never gave up to the enemy, she defeated the forces of SATAN in South Africa. Sometimes I wished she was my mother. Glad that i was youth in 1976, met her, listened and carry out her revolutionary teachings that culminated to the political freedom of the South Africans. At her old age she inspired the youth to form another party of resistance, the EFF. One of the greatest warrior women fighters, fighting for the total liberation of South African against white tyranny. Amandla!!!

My privacy invaded, youths were got into the building I live to abuse verbally, slam door with brute force suddenly, regurgitate words seen on my device, conversations etc. I believe without an iota of doubt at the end of the day GOD, my TRUTH, the TRUTH would prevail. To subjected to unhealthy actions daily because nothing has been done to perpetuators, I'll keep speaking up, resisting wrong, injustice, unethical and unhealthy acts meted out to me

Marvelous African Woman. I also love her. Her body rests forever, but her spirit of the fight for freedom for all the Black women and men will never rest.
