It is also materialises over a long period of time, but by daily and continously making the wrong decisions. The state of the economic status of SA and all it is representative of including but amongst others the CPI, the value of the Rand currency, the condition of South African infrastructure, private and public institutions, the nations international standing, the unemployment rate, the availability of skills and expertise, the availability of services, the crime rate etc. etc. is all resultant to decades of poor decision making by politicians, particularly those of the ruling party. The ANC were rebels with a cause, who forgot the cause.
