Exactly. International organizations often prefer peace above freedom or justice because in the end they want trade and don't care that much about the population.

Dr. Charles Sinkala's statement highlights the stark contrast between Africa's aspirations for self-governance and the harsh realities of conflict and instability that have plagued the continent. It's a painful reminder that independence hasn't always translated to peace and prosperity for African nations ¹. Dr. Sinkala, a seasoned CEO and international relations expert, has spoken out on various issues affecting Africa, including human rights and economic development ². His comments on SABC this morning underscore the need for African leaders to reflect on their progress and recommit to building stronger, more stable societies. The irony of Africa's post-independence experience is that, despite the promise of self-determination, many countries have struggled to overcome internal conflicts, corruption, and economic challenges. This has led to skepticism and criticism from outside observers, making Dr. Sinkala's words a sobering call to action for African leaders to reclaim their narrative and work towards a brighter future. #Sinkalaism 😢

It's a pity that where Mozambique might hope to get some solutions from its nothing but just a wrong turn SADC won't help the people of Mozambique by anything but to just keep frelimo in power as well as South Africa also but the unrest in Mozambique will bring South Africa to the drawing board because it is also getting affected every day and the rest of southern African countries this unrest has two things either hand over power to mondlane or rerun the elections of which either way frelimo won't survive so to frelimo it's do or die mnangagwa is not going to help Mozambique to gain it's democratically elected leader so I say to Mozambique keep on fighting until what is rightfully yours is granted

Mozambiqueans are fighting because they know and can prove that they actually voted. There are 6 million Zimbabweans in South Africa alone and majority are adults. None of them went to vote but expect to play victim.
