SADAC made it easier for countries like Zimbabwe to exploit Free trade Area so if goods are expensive in Zimbabwe it's probably because of Their own people exploiting them or The tax that the Zimbabwe government charges which is now out of South Africas hands but measures were long taken to insure cheaper goods around SADAC so they isn't a an excuse that could justify listening to the Jump the boarder to buy goods cheaper you aren't saving much honestly
